Job Purpose and Impact:
The Associate Application Developer (titled in the original post as Application Support Analyst II) will be responsible for maintaining, integrating, and implementing software applications across the organization. In this role, you will perform moderately complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support tasks to ensure smooth, stable, and timely deployment of new software solutions and updates to existing applications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
- Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
- Perform programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
- Maintain communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
